THE CONCEPT OF APPLICATION OF EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS IN THE HIGHER SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM

Abstract: 
The purpose of article is to approve the mediated use of modern information technologies in educational process of the higher school through development of a network of various educational communications. The presented concept describes the personal developing resource of educational communications which becomes more active by means of realization of such components as: in-formational, interactive, communicative, gnostic, operational, relational, intentional, sense-valuable. The author opens the leading signs of educational communications: dialogicity, cooperation, perso-nalisation, academism, concreteness; and also levels of their functioning: interpersonal, group, insti-tutional. As regulatory base for use of educational communications in educational process the con-cept explains the basic psychology-pedagogical principles of their application: addressing, availa-bility, redundancy, versatility, reflexivity, sensitivity, synergy, renewability.
