The article deals with relevant education for modern military problem. The subject of analysis is the modern social and humanitarian problems of education in the army and internal troops. The article reflects the purpose and nature of legal education of soldiers. Identified and disclosed the difficulties existing in the right educational process that affect the formation of legal culture of contract servicemen in the Interior Troops of Russia.
