INDIVIDUAL TRAJECTORY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Abstract: 
The article examines approaches to the definition of the category "trajectory professional development of students during their study at the University, provides a number of good reasons to clarify this concept. As well as the very definition of a trajectory professional development of students, because it does not have common values and constantly changing under the influence of various scientific approaches. The publication presents the relevance, goals and objectives, principles and stages of realization of designing individual trajectories of training of students of pedagogical universities. In this publication, the trajectory of the professional development of students will be defined as the process of self-development, self-education and transformation of personality, build, construct their professional "I", including the readiness in the process of professional activity to adapt successfully to changing conditions of professional-pedagogical environment. Under individual educational route should understand the development of the student training program taking into account their educational experience, level of individual needs and possibilities for solving educational problems.
