The pedagogical model of formation of methodical culture of the teachers is presented in the article, based on purposeful integration of opportunities of additional professional education of teachers: training at advanced training courses and vocational training, participation in methodical work in the professional educational organization, professional self-education of the teacher. The main stages of formation of methodical culture of the teacher are characterized, organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for this process are allocated, levels of methodical culture of the teacher are described.
