NORM AND DEVIATION: THE RATIO OF THE CONCEPTS

Abstract: 
In this work the problem of philosophical vision of development in the concepts «de¬viation», «norm», «aberration» is analyzed, the concept «deviation» phylogeny is considered. The understanding of various aspects in process of deviation is important for educators, especially in the field of professional, including in work with minor offenders as within preliminary investigation, in court and at a stage of an execution in the punishment. Process of deviation is considered as a devi¬ation from the standard of behavior in society and violations in the law. The concept of deviation is inseparably linked with concepts of norm and a deviation from it and the concept of norm is initial for studying of any deviations. From an extreme antiquity violation social, and further and social precept of law people connected with bad habits, a lack of education, low morals. To different social groups including to deviantny groups, the special lines and features of their spiritual culture are inherent.
