Regional Labour Market in the Syste m of Continuing Tec hnical Education in Russia
Abstract:
The article reveals international comparison method used to predict patterns of employment and based on the relationship of the level of economic development and employment in manufacturing, especially youth employment with professional technical education. Examines the causes of the rise in the share of workers in the total volume of jobs in the regional labor market. The share of persons with higher education in the composition of unemployed increases, which confirms the mismatch of demand and supply, decreases the share of unemployed persons with technical education. Defines the concept of technical training in the context of the regional labour market. Reveal the impact of labor market structure and content of the technical training of students.
