THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAM OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN THE CONDITIONS OF PRACTICE-BASED LEARNING

Abstract: 
The article highlights the main components of professional motivation, presents the stages of its development. The proposed program of development of professional motivation of future teachers was tested on the basis of the Gorno-Altai State University (Republic of Altai). The authors suggest the levels (reproductive, productive, creative), criteria (student-centered, activity-organizational, cognitive) development of professional motivation of future teachers and present the results of program implementation in educational process of the University.
