The article surveys the main content and structural features of the dynamic web-based program: Electronic literature and digital writing space. The dynamic web-based program is a multimedia hypertext contained authentic video, audio, animation, images etc. Nowadays dynamic web-based programs are available not only as specific resources for teachers but also as mobile applications. Mobile format opens new opportunities of dynamic web-based program usage and enlarges its interactive assignments.
