LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE OFFICER MEANS OF SELF-EDUCATION

Abstract: 
The article discusses the concept of holistic leadership development officer based on the integration of psychological and pedagogical knowledge. Holistic concept is revealed through the combination of internal (development of subjectivity) and external (military high school educational environment) factors that ensure the future of leadership development officer. Focuses on self-education activities as essential to the development of leadership qualities officer interior troops who become the object of his mind and his will through the acquisition of greater activity, commitment and sustainability in achieving the necessary qualities. Based on the study concludes that the importance of the organization of the educational environment of military high school in order to develop leadership officer, which should be focused on the following components of self-development activities: cognitive activity, methods of self-knowledge, self-control and self-esteem self-education process.
