THE PROBLEM OF SEKONDARY PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION SOCIAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECT
Abstract:
The author of the article regards the complex of social and technological directions of improvement of work in the system of secondary professional education which is aimed at enhancement of the quality of eduation and development of the student personality. The author presents the authentic definition of the phenomenon “quality of education”, which reflects social aspect of estimation of the secondary professional educational establishments.
